恶性血液病患者自我感受负担情况及影响因素的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of self-perceived burden and influencing factors of hematological malignancies patients

目的探讨恶性血液病患者自我感受负担情况及影响因素。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月本院收治的150例恶性血液病(hematological malignancies,HM)患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我感受负担量表(SPB)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)进行问卷调查,通过多因素logistic回归分析确定HM患者自我感受负担的影响因素。结果本研究SPB量表结果显示,150例患者中,139例存在不同程度自我感受负担,其中67例处于轻度水平,48例处于中度水平,24例处于重度水平。多因素logistic回归分析显示,婚姻状况、领悟社会支持、日常生活能力、应对方式和焦虑抑郁是影响HM患者自我感受负担的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论HM患者存在不同程度自我感受负担,与婚姻状况、日常生活能力、焦虑抑郁评分、应对方式、领悟社会支持能力密切相关,护理人员应根据不同影响因素,积极采取相应护理对策,以提高其身心健康,改善疾病预后。

Objective To explore the self-perceived burden and influencing factors of hematological malignancies(HM)patients.Methods To select 150 cases of HM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 was set as the study objects.The general information questionnaire,self-perceived burden(SPB),perceived social support scale(PSSS),and activities of daily living scale(ADL)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors that effected self-perceived burden of HM patients.Results The results of the SPB scale in this study showed that among 150 cases of patients,139 cases had varying degrees of self-perceived burden,of which 67 cases were at a mild level,48 cases were at a moderate level,and 24 cases were at a severe level.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the marital status,comprehension of social support,activities of daily living,coping style,and anxiety and depression were the risk factors that affected the self-perceived burden of HM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion HM patients had varying degrees of self-perceived burden,which was closely related to marital status,activities of daily living,anxiety and depression scores,coping styles,and comprehension of social support.Nursing staff should actively take corresponding nursing strategies according to different influencing factors to improve their physical and mental health and improve the prognosis of disease.
