突发脑卒中疾病相关症状早期识别与院前急救延迟的相关性分析及干预

Correlation analysis and intervention between early recognition of sudden stroke-related symptoms and delay of pre-hospital first aid

目的分析突发脑卒中疾病相关症状早期识别与院前急救延迟的相关性,并针对性拟定改进制度和提出试行改良体制。方法选取2017年10月至2019年9月收治的235例突发性脑卒中患者资料,根据是否在60 min内就诊将其分为早期就诊组和延迟就诊组,采用调查问卷方式收集所有患者相关资料,并通过Pearson相关性统计学软件进行处理分析。结果经Pearson相关性分析可见,决定时间与院前急救存在正相关(P<0.05);发病时间、下肢无力识别、上肢无力识别、面瘫识别、家人识别症状与院前急救延迟存在负相关(P<0.05)。结论突发脑卒中疾病院前急救延迟主要受到症状识别影响,急救护理人员应结合医院和社会宣传提高广大患者对脑卒中疾病相关症状的识别能力,且急诊管理人员应就卒中疾病改良相关制度和体质,提高患者转运后急救有效性和时效性。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the early recognition of symptoms related to sudden stroke disease and the delay of pre-hospital first aid,and develop a targeted improvement system and propose a trial improvement system,which were selected as the study subjects.Methods The data of 235 cases of patients with sudden stroke admitted from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected,and they were divided into early treatment group and delayed treatment group according to whether they were treated within 60 minutes.All patients were collected by questionnaire,and the relevant information was processed and analyzed by Pearson correlation statistics software.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that the decision time was positively correlated with the pre-hospital first aid(P<0.05),the onset time,recognition of weakness in lower limb,recognition of weakness in upper limb,recognition of facial paralysis,and family recognized symptoms were negatively correlated with the delay of pre-hospital first aid(P<0.05).Conclusion The delay of pre-hospital first aid for sudden stroke disease was mainly affected by recognition of symptom.Emergency nurses should combine hospital and social publicity to improve the ability of patients to recognize stroke disease-related symptoms,and emergency management personnel should improve related systems for stroke disease to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of first aid after patients were transferred.
