护生临床沟通能力和情绪智力及其关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解护生临床沟通能力及情绪智力现状并探索其两者之间的相关性,为提升护生的临床沟通能提供参考。方法本研究采用便利抽样法,选取我院2019年护生352名进行问卷调查,采用护士临床沟通能力量表和情绪智力量表,调查护生的临床沟通能力和情绪智力现状,并进一步分析两者之间的相关性。结果护生临床沟通能力得分为(3.80±0.56)分,困难情景沟通和情感支持2个维度得分较低,基本非语言沟通能力和团队沟通能力得分相对较高。护生情绪智力得分为(3.96±0.55)分,对他人的情绪调节和情绪运用2个维度得分相对较低,对自己的情绪调节和对自己的情绪评价得分相对较高。护生临床沟通能力和情绪智力呈正相关(r=0.65,P<0.05)。结论护生临床沟通能力和情绪智力水平处于中等水平,且临床沟通能力与情绪智力呈正相关。院校应着力培养护生的情绪智力,努力提升护生的临床沟通能力。 Objective To understand the current status of nursing students'clinical communication ability and emotional intelligence and explore the correlation between the two,can provide reference for improving the clinical communication of nursing students.Methods In this study,convenience sampling was used to select 352 nursing students in our hospital in 2019 to conduct a questionnaire survey.The nurses’clinical communication ability scale and emotional intelligence scale were used to investigate the clinical communication ability and emotional intelligence status of nursing students,and further analysis the correlation between the two.Results The score of clinical communication ability of nursing students was(3.80±0.56)points,the scores of difficult situation communication and emotional support were low,and the scores of basic nonverbal communication ability and team communication ability were relatively high.Nursing students had a score of(3.96±0.55)points for emotional intelligence,relatively low scores on the two dimensions of emotional regulation and emotional use of others,and relatively high scores on their own emotional regulation and evaluation of their own emotions.The clinical communication ability of nursing students was positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=0.65,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical communication ability and emotional intelligence of nursing students were at an intermediate level,and the clinical communication ability was positively correlated with emotional intelligence.The institutions should focus on cultivating the emotional intelligence of nursing students and strive to improve the clinical communication skills of nursing students.
