子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的效果观察与护理

Effect observation and nursing care of uterine artery embolization combined with curettage in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy

目的观察子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床效果,总结其护理措施。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月我院妇产科收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠118例为研究对象,采用住院编号奇偶数字排列法,将本组患者均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予肌注氨甲蝶呤联合口服米非司酮治疗,观察组在此基础上进行子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、术后不良反应以及生育功能恢复情况。结果实施子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后生育功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗可显著提升子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效,降低术后不良反应发生率,促进生育功能的恢复,对获取良好预后具有重要意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization combined with curettage in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy,and summarize its nursing measures were set as this study subjects.Methods We selected 118 cases of patients with uterine scar pregnancy admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 as the study objects.The patients in this group were divided into an observation group and a control group by using the hospitalization number parity number arrangement method.The control group was treated with intramuscular methotrexate combined with oral mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with uterine artery embolization combined with curettage on this basis.The clinical efficacy,postoperative adverse reactions and recovery of fertility function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reaction in the observation group lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery of fertility function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of uterine artery embolization combined with curettage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of uterine scar pregnancy,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of fertility function,which was of great significance for obtaining a good prognosis.It was worthy of clinical promotion.
