目的探讨过程决策程序图法(PDPC)在专科护理目标管理中的实践与成效。方法以患者为中心,结合泌尿外科护理工作特点及人力资源,制定目标管理方案,将PDPC法应用于目标管理中,遇到问题随时调整管理思路和方法,追踪中间发生的原因,找出最佳方案,直至目标达成。结果2018-2019年度在专科临床护理指标及专科护理科研教学创新指标中与2016-2017年度相比均有显著提升。结论PDPC法作为品质管理新七大手法之一,应用于专科护理目标管理能够完成既定目标任务,确保获得最佳效果,促进护士成长和进步,提高护理团队核心竞争力。

Objective To explore the practice and efficiency of process decision program chart(PDPC)in target management based on specific nursing.Methods To achieve the goal by taking the patient as the center,combining the characteristics of urological nursing work and human resources,formulating a target management plan,applying the PDPC method to the target management,adjusting management ideas and methods at any time when encountering problems,tracking the causes of the intermediate occurrence,and finding come up with the best solution.Results In 2018-2019,the indicators of specific clinical nursing and the innovation indicators of specific nursing research and teaching were significantly improved compared with 2016-2017.Conclusion As one of the seven new methods of quality management,the PDPC method can be used in target management based on specific nursing to complete the established targets and tasks,ensure the best results,promote the growth and improvement of nurses,and improve the core competitiveness of the nursing team.
