决明子提取物对蚕丝织物的高牢度染色及功能性研究 被引量:7

High fastness dyeing processes and functionalities of silk fabric dyed with extracts from cassia seed

摘要 为提高蚕丝织物的附加值,拓宽决明子的应用领域,采用超声波技术提取决明子染料并对蚕丝织物进行染色。采用单因素法研究了染色工艺,染色后的织物具有与合成染料相当的染色牢度,同时具有抗紫外和荧光的性能。结果表明:最佳染色工艺为pH 3,温度60℃,时间60 min;媒染剂对颜色深度有较好的提升能力。染色后的织物的干、湿摩擦色牢度分别为4和3级,皂洗变色和沾色色牢度均为4级,日晒色牢度为4级;决明子染料染色后的织物具有优良的紫外防护性能,UPF值可以达到74.8,同时染色后蚕丝织物的荧光强度可以提高2~3倍。 In order to improve the added value of silk fabrics and expand the application fields of cassia seed,the ultrasonic technology was used to extract cassia seed dye and dye silk fabrics.The dyeing process of cassia seed was studied by single factor method.The dyeing fastness of silk fabric dyed by cassia seed was similar to that dyed by synthetic dyes,and the dyed fabric had the UV protection properties and fluorescent properties.Results indicated that the optimal conditions for dyeing by cassia seed were:pH 3,dyeing temperature 60℃,time 60 min.The mordant could well promote the color depth.The color fastness properties to dry and wet rubbing were 4 and 3,respectively.The color fastness properties to soaping and staining were both 4 and the color fastness to sunlight was 4.The fabric dyed by the cassia seed dye had excellent UV protection properties,and UPF could reach 74.8.Meanwhile,the fluorescence intensity of dyed silk fabric could increase by 2~3 times.
