织机钢筘筘齿间距检测系统研究

摘要 为了解决织机钢筘筘齿数量多,难以准确检测钢筘筘齿间距分布,造成后续织造过程中出现布面疵点的问题,文章提出基于机器视觉的织机钢筘筘齿间距检测系统,用于检测钢筘筘齿总数和筘齿间距。首先,用自行设计的图像采集系统,获取钢筘图像;然后,利用SIFT算法根据特征点相似度进行图像拼接;最后,利用图像分析方法对钢筘图像中的筘齿总数和筘齿间距进行测量。实验结果表明:检测系统能够准确检测钢筘筘齿总数及筘齿间距分布,作为织机钢筘质量评价提供客观依据;相比于人工检测,机器视觉检测系统检测具有精度高、效率高、稳定性好等优势。 In order to solve the problem that the reed dent space distribution is difficult to accurately detect due to the large number of reed dents in the loom,which leads to fabric defects in the subsequent weaving process,this article presents a reed dent space detection system based on machine vision to detect the total number of reed dents and the reed dent space of the loom.First,the reed image was obtained by the image acquisition system designed by the user.Then,the SIFT algorithm was used for image stitching according to the similarity of characteristic points.Finally,image analysis method was applied to measure the total number of reed dents and the reed dent space in the reed image.The experimental results show that,the detection system can accurately detect the total number of reed dents and the reed dent space so as to provide objective basis for evaluating reed dent quality of the loom.Compared to manual detection,the machine vision detection system has the advantages of high precise,high efficiency and good stability.
