摘要
为揭示在瑜伽运动中人体下肢皮肤形变规律,针对瑜伽动作特点,选取4个瑜伽动作进行测试与分析,利用VITUS Smart三维人体扫描系统,得到练习瑜伽动作时下肢不同部位皮肤形变数据。结果表明:在瑜伽运动中,腰围和膝上围之间围度尺寸呈增大趋势,拉伸变化率在6%以内,臀围围度变化较明显。在纵向长度方面,腿部各部位皮肤形变差异性大,变化率在(-66.37%,56.90%)区间,大腿后侧拉伸变化最为明显,腹部则多呈收缩状态。当膝盖进行弯曲动作时,腿部皮肤尺寸变化较为明显,正面产生大幅度的纵向拉伸,反面产生收缩变化,长度变化率在(-24.91%,26.15%)区间。
In order to reveal the skin deformation law of human lower limbs in yoga exercise,four yoga motions were selected for testing and analysis for yoga motion characteristics.The VITUS Smart 3D scanning system was used to obtain skin deformation data of different parts of lower limbs during yoga motion.The results showed that in the yoga exercise,the circumference dimension between the waist circumference and the knee circumference increased,and the tensile change rate was within 6%.The hip circumference change was more obvious.In terms of longitudinal length,skin deformation varies greatly in various parts of the leg,and the rate of change was in the range of(-66.37%,56.90%).The stretching changes on the back of the thigh are most obvious,while the abdomen was mostly contracted.When the knee was bent,the skin size of the leg changed more obviously,and the front side produced large longitudinal stretching,and the reverse side produced a contraction change.The length change rate was in the range of(-24.91%,26.15%).
