Cognition and Consideration on Promoting Smart City and CIM in China at the New Era

新型城镇化背景下,城镇化与信息化的深度融合成为城市管理和社会治理转型升级的必经之路。本文介绍了当前我国各地城市信息化建设的现状,从技术和思想认识层面总结了当前智慧城市工作推进中的的若干困境,提出了以CIM基础平台为基础实现新型智慧城市建设的重要意义,分析了当前各地对CIM基础平台建设的认识误区,为未来CIM基础平台的相关工作推进提供参考。

In the period of new urbanization,deep integration of urbanization and informatization has become the only way for the transformation and upgrading of urban management and social governance.In this paper,the construction status of city information platform in various places is introduced.Deviations of technology and ideological recognition in the work of Smart City and informatization are summarized.This paper puts forward the significance of building a new type of Smart City based on CIM platform,and analyzes the misunderstanding of CIM infrastructure construction in various regions,so as to provide reference for the related work of CIM basic platform in the future.
