我国已经步入老龄化社会,在社区居家养老已经成为主要的养老模式情况下,针对老旧小区社区居家养老存在的“痛点”、“堵点”,如何通过老旧小区改造加快弥补这块民生短板,让老旧小区的老年人提升获得感、幸福感、安全感,是本文探讨的目的所在。

Our country has entered an aging society.The home-based care in the community has become the main mode of care.Aiming at the"pain points"and"blocking points"in the old community for home care,this paper discussed how to make up for this"shortcoming"of people's livelihood through the transformation of the old community,so that the elderly in the old community can increase their sense of gain,happiness and security.
