广州南沙明珠湾起步区海绵城市建设管理探析

Analysis of Construction Management of Sponge City in Nansha Pearl Bay Starting Area of Guangzhou

以广州南沙明珠湾起步区海绵城市建设管理工作为案例,分析了片区开发中的海绵城市统筹建设管理思路及工作要点,通过统筹大小海绵建设,形成“顶层设计+全过程管控+试点示范”的全过程建设管理机制,以期为类似片区海绵城市建设及管理提供参考。

Taking the construction management of Sponge City in Nansha Pearl Bay Starting Area of Guangzhou as a case,this paper briefly analyzes the idea and working focus of overall construction management of Sponge City in district development,which forms a whole-process construction management mechanism of“Top-level Design,Whole-process Controlling and Pilot Demonstration”,by planning the construction of large and small sponge,which can provide reference for the construction and management of Sponge City in similar area.
