摘要
随着工程建设规模的不断扩大,应用传统管理模式对人工、材料、机械、安全、环境等方面的管理已凸显弊端。而基于互联网、大数据和物联网等新技术的不断发展,通过建设智慧工地进行立体化全方位管理能够有效解决传统管理模式存在的不足。本文结合白鹤滩水电站上游会东县溜姑乡垫高造地土石方工程,阐述了智慧工地的主要组成体系,提出了智慧工地的构建方式,并对实现工地立体化管理的关键进行分析,可为类似工程的管理提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of the project construction scale,the application of traditional management mode has highlighted the disadvantages in the management of labor,materials,machinery,safety,environment and other aspects.Based on the continuous development of new technologies such as internet,big data and Internet of Things,the deficiencies of traditional management mode can be effectively solved by building a 3D and all-round management of intelligent construction site.Combined with the earth and stone engineering of raising ground in Liugu Township of Huidong County,the upper reaches of Baihetan Hydropower Station,this paper expounds the main composition system of intelligent construction site,puts forward the construction mode of intelligent construction site,and analyzes the key points to realize the three-dimensional management of construction site,which can provide reference for the management of similar projects.
