玉米胚芽粕返混对玉米酒精发酵的影响

Effect of Corn Germ Dregs on Corn Ethanol Fermentation

研究了玉米胚芽粕中淀粉的水解和发酵性能,评价了返混玉米胚芽粕对玉米酒精发酵的影响。实验结果表明,玉米胚芽粕中的淀粉水解率仅为87%左右,远远低于脱胚玉米粉中的淀粉水解率(94%以上)。相同干物质浓度条件下,当胚芽粕替代脱胚玉米粉比例为9%左右时,乙醇产量下降4%~6%,胚芽粕添加比例越高,产量下降越大。而且,添加胚芽粕导致DDGS饲料颜色变深。

The hydrolysis and fermentation properties of starch in corn germ dregs were studied,and the effect of corn germ dregs on the fermentation of corn ethanol was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the hydrolysis rate of starch in corn germ dregs was only about 87%,which was far lower than that in degermed corn flour(more than 94%).Under the same dry matter concentration,when the proportion of germ dregs replacing degermed corn flour was about 9%,the ethanol yield decreased by 4%to 6%;the higher the proportion of germ dregs,the more the yield decrease.Moreover,the addition of germ dregs resulted in darker DDGS.
