从三焦气化失司论慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的中医病机

Discussion of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis from disturbance in Sanjiao qi activity

在慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床辨证施治过程中,无论是从脾、胃、肺、肝、肾等脏腑辨证,抑或从气滞、湿阻、痰凝、血瘀等各种病理因素论治,诸多观点都只是对人体三焦整体气化失司过程中某一发病环节的个别侧重。只有三焦气化功能正常,全身气、血、津、液运行通畅,五脏安和,阴阳匀平,才能使机体处于“阴平阳秘”的健康状态。因此,在临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变时,应考虑到三焦气化在该病过程中所起的重要作用,以拓宽辨证施治的思路和方法。
