浅析神经元网络算法在中医药真实世界研究中应用可行性 被引量:4

摘要 在人工智能发展全球化的时代背景下,人们对临床研究提出了更高的要求,推动了临床研究科学事业的发展。随机对照试验(RCT)是传统临床研究方法的金标准和循证证据的基石,但设计方法与中医诊疗特点融合性存在不足。真实世界研究契合了中医个体化诊疗、整体疗效评价的特点,可为中医临床评价研究开辟一条新道路。文章在中医真实世界研究的基础上通过考虑中医药临床研究的特点,结合大数据的特征引入人工智能-神经元网络算法技术,初步探讨神经元网络和人工智能算法在中医药真实世界研究中开展的可行性。 In the context of the development of artificial intelligence(AI)in the era of globalization,people put forward higher requirements for clinical research and promote the development of clinical research science.The randomized controlled trial(RCT)is the cornerstone of the gold standard and evidence-based evidence of traditional clinical research methods,but the integration of the design method with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment is insufficient.Real world study(RWS)accords with the characteristics of individualized diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,overall curative effect evaluation,which can open a new way for clinical evaluation research of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the research of the real world of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper considers the medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.The characteristics of bed research,combined with the characteristics of Big Data to introduce artificial intelligence-neuronal network algorithm technology,preliminary explore the feasibility of neural network and artificial intelligence algorithm in the RWS of traditional Chinese medicine.
