摘要
从公平性的角度建立最优化模型,定量探讨了机场如何科学地界定出租车的短途业务,并以广州市白云机场为例,提出了一种利用冲突分析处理GPS数据,从而获得出租车在机场调度场等待时间的方法,收集了计算其他参数所需要的数据,最后确定了针对白云机场界定出租车短途业务的具体方案,对已建机场和新建机场在相关政策的制定方面有参考意义.
In this paper,from the perspective of fairness,a quantitative optimization model is built to explore how the airport defines the short-trip business of taxi services.Taking Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport as an example,a method of using conflict analysis to process GPS data is applied to calculate the taxi waiting time at the airport dispatching yard.With the required data to calculate parameters collected,a specific measure to recognize the short-trip business of taxi services is determined.This specific rule is of reference significance for policy making in existent and also newly-built airports.
