高钛重矿渣混凝土施工质量问题的预防及处理方法

摘要 一种完全利用攀钢高炉冶炼产生的高钛重矿渣作为集料配制而成的高钛重矿渣预拌混凝土(以下简称“混凝土”),其质量影响因素包含有原材料质量、设备运行、配合比设计、生产控制、施工工艺等,本文就混凝土在施工中常见的强度不足、坍落度损失快、凝结时间异常、麻面、蜂窝、孔洞、缺棱掉角、冷缝等质量问题,通过对原因分析、制定预防措施并实施处理进行浅析,可有效助力混凝土的质量保证率达到100%。 A kind of high titanium heavy slag premixed concrete(hereinafter referred to as"concrete")is prepared By using the high titanium heavy slag produced by the blast furnace smelting of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as the aggregate.Its quality influencing factors include raw material quality,equipment operation,mix proportion design,production control,construction technology,etc.in this paper,the common strength shortage,slump loss and setting of concrete in construction are discussedthe quality problems such as time abnormality,pitted surface,honeycomb,hole,missing edge and angle,cold joint,etc.can effectively help the quality assurance rate of concrete to reach 100%through the analysis of causes,the formulation of preventive measures and the implementation of treatment.
