摘要
高职院校治理能力现代化的理论意蕴可以从治理与管理的区别、治理能力现代化的内涵与外延、高职院校治理能力现代化的意蕴与特征三方面来把握,其实现路径是更新理念,推进治理理念现代化;健全制度,推进治理制度现代化;优化体系,推进治理体系现代化;提升素质,推进治理人员现代化;创新手段,推进治理手段现代化。
The theoretical meaning of the modernization of the administration ability of higher vocational colleges can be grasped from three aspects:the difference between administration and management,the connotation and denotation of modernization of administration ability,and the implication and characteristics of modernization of administration ability of higher vocational colleges.To achieve the modernization of administration ability has five realization paths:renovating the concepts,and promoting the modernization of administration concepts;amplifying institutions,and promoting the modernization of administration institution;optimizing the systems,and promoting the modernization of administration system;improving the qualities,and promoting the modernization of the administrators;as well as innovating means,and promoting the modernization of the administration means.
