摘要
职业院校技能大赛和信息化教学大赛是职业教育领域的两项重要制度设计。结合两项大赛的特征及内、外部制度环境,运用类比法、归纳法、演绎法对技能大赛和信息化教学大赛进行分析发现,将同行业信息化教学大赛与技能大赛整合有助于增强大赛转化动力,明晰大赛目标体系,实现资源优化配置,推动制度改革。而二者价值取向与目标的一致性、资源配置的相似性以及教学过程与学习过程的一体性,为信息化教学大赛与技能大赛整合提供了基本条件与保障。同时,也应注意整合后在目标体系、制度设计、管理模式等方面的恰切融合,避免二者的简单合并。
Vocational College Skills Competition and Information-based Teaching Competition are two important institutional designs in the field of vocational education.Combining the characteristics of the two competitions and the internal and external institutional environment,using the analogy,induction and deductive methods to analyze the skill competition and the Information-based Teaching Competition,we found that it will help to enhance the transformation power of the competition,clarify the target system of the competition,realize the optimal allocation of resources,and promote institutional reform if the informational teaching competition is included in the skill competition.The consistency of the value orientation and the goal,the similarity of resource allocation,the integration of the teaching process and the learning process provide basic conditions and guarantees for the integration of Information-based Teaching Competition and Skills Competition.Meanwhile,we should also pay attention to the proper fusion of target system,system design and management model,so as not to fall into the simple merger of the two competitions.
