高职教育与区域产业的协调发展研究——基于东部五省的实证分析

Research on Coordinated Development of Higher Vocational Education and Regional Industry——Based on Empirical Analysis about Five Eastern Provinces

区域产业与高职教育协调发展是促进区域产业持续健康发展的重要引擎,也是引领高职教育内涵发展的重要驱动力。以东部五省2012-2018年的数据为样本,利用耦合模型对五省高等职业教育与区域产业的协调发展进行测算和比较。实证表明,东部五省的高职教育与地区产业都属于中度耦合,广东和江苏的相关性最高,而福建的相关性最弱;在耦合协调程度上,福建和山东处于轻度失衡,其他三省为轻度协调,总体上五省的高职教育与产业协调度都不高。各地应适度提高高职教育规模;立足本地产业,打造特色化、集群化的专业群;进一步优化高职专业与区域产业的对接机制;突破高职教育社会服务水平低的瓶颈。

The coordinated development of regional industry and higher vocational education is an important engine to promote the sustainable and healthy development of regional industry.And it is also a key driving force to lead the development of higher vocational education.Taking the data of the five eastern provinces from 2012 to 2018 as samples,the coupling model is used to calculate and compare the coordinated development of higher vocational education and regional industries in these five provinces.The empirical results show that the coupling degree between higher vocational education and regional idustry in the five eastern provinces is in the moderate stage.Guangdong and Jiangsu have the highest correlation,while Fujian has the weakest one.In terms of the degree of coupling coordination,Fujian and Shandong are mild imbalanced,while the other three provinces are mild coordinated.However,the coordinated development of higher vocational education and regional industry in the five provinces is not high.Therefore,local governments should raise the scale of higher vocational education moderately,based on the local industry to build characteristic and clustered major groups,further optimize the docking mechanism between higher vocational education and regional industries,as well as break through the bottleneck of low social service in higher vocational education.
