注重执业能力培养的应用型课程体系建设与改革

摘要 针对土建行业从业人员获取执业资格能力不强和课程教学难度、挑战度及综合性不够的问题,土木工程专业实施了以执业资格为导向、以执业能力培养和提高为目标,构建了“一主线四平台”的应用型课程体系。我们要改革教学方法,打破课程壁垒,按照工程项目建设需要重组课程教学内容,组织优质教育资源,实行实训式项目教学,提高课程难度、挑战度和综合性,培养和提高学生的执业能力。但改革过程中也遇到诸如部分学生能力不够、跟不上的问题,需要进一步从教学内容到训练方法上进行探索。 In order to solve the problems of civil engineering professionals’weak ability to obtain professional qualifications and insufficient difficulty,challenge and comprehensiveness of course teaching,the civil engineering major has implemented an application-oriented course system of“one main line and four platforms”,which is guided by professional qualifications and aimed at cultivating and improving professional competence.Reform the teaching methods,break the course barriers,reorganize the course teaching according to the needs of the project construction,organize the high-quality education resources,implement the practical project teaching,improve the difficulty,challenge and comprehensiveness of the course,and cultivate and improve the students’practicing ability.However,in the process of reform,some students are not able to keep up with the problem,which requires further exploration from teaching content to training methods.
