国立北平图书馆时期机构沿革探析(1909—1949)

Introduction to the Institutional Evolution of the National Peiping Library(1909-1949)

根据国家图书馆藏相关史料,梳理1909—1949年间国家图书馆内设组织机构和各机构职责的变化情况,发现这一时期国家图书馆的机构设置经历了"由简单到完整""由不稳定到相对稳定"的变化,机构职责经历了"由粗到细"的变化发展过程。机构及其职责的变化主要源于教育事业和出版事业等外部环境的发展,同时受到办馆理念、馆藏文献资源建设、读者服务和员工队伍规模等内部因素的直接影响。

This paper sorts out the changes in the organizational structure of the National Library of China and the corresponding institutional responsibilities between 1909 and 1949 according to the relevant historical materials collected by the National Library of China.During this period,the library institutions have undergone changes"from simple to complete"and"from unstable to relatively stable",while institution responsibilities have undergone changes"from rough to fine".The changes in library institutions and responsibilities were mainly due to external reasons such as the development of education and publishing,which were also directly affected by internal factors such as the concept of library management,the construction of library documentation,reader service and the size of the workforce.
