摘要
职业教育的目标是培养技能型人才,而现阶段职业教育质量整体水平不高是个突出问题。为了突破传统教学模式带来的弊端,基于工作场所的“可视化”教学作为一种创新的教学模式已在国内外许多职业院校的课程教学中取得了不俗的成绩。该模式以学生为主体,培养学生的主观学习能动性、创新性思维及动手能力。本文在深入理解“可视化”教学内涵及意义基础上,结合实际教学例子,详述教学情境、教学目标、教学过程三方面可视化的教学设计与实践,并对实施可视化教学提出几点建议。
The goal of the vocational education is to develop skilled personnel,and the low overall quality of vocational education at this stage is a major problem. In order to break through the disadvantages of the traditional teaching model,visual teaching based on the workplace as an innovative teaching model has made great achievements in the course teaching of many vocational colleges at home and abroad. This model takes students as the main body,and trains students’ subjective learning initiative,innovative thinking and practical ability. Based on a deep understanding of the connotation and significance of "visualization" teaching,this paper,combined with practical teaching examples,elaborates the teaching design and practice of visualization in teaching situation,teaching objective and teaching process,finally,some suggestions on the implementation of visual teaching are put forward.
