随着我国建筑行业的快速发展,建筑材料也不断更新变化,预拌砂浆以其品质、环境和经济效益的优越性,成为行业研究的热点。该文阐述了预拌砂浆的特点,介绍了国家及行业在该材料推广方面的政策文件,从大众观念、产品价格、施工作业方式、政府激励等角度,分析了预拌砂浆在建设工程中的应用现状,并认为提升材料科技含量和普及机械化施工是预拌砂浆未来的发展趋势。

With the growing development of the construction industry in China,building materials are being constantly updated and changed.Premixed mortar has become a hot spot of industry research because of its competitive edges in quality,environment and economic benefits.This paper expounded the characteristics of premixed mortar,introduced the policy documents of the country and the industry on the promotion of this material,analyzed the application status of premixed mortar in the construction projects from the perspective of public concept,product price,construction mode,government incentives,etc.,and put forward that the future development trend of premixed mortar is to improve the scientific and technological content of the material and popularize mechanized construction.
