圆板式橡胶支座力学破坏机理仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 圆板式橡胶支座作为连接桥梁上下部结构的主要构件,具有十分重要的作用,在使用过程中极易产生破坏,从而影响结构安全,因此研究圆板式橡胶支座的力学破坏机理具有重要的工程实践意义。该文采用MIDAS FEA有限元计算软件建立了圆板式橡胶支座力学计算模型,对橡胶支座的力学破坏机理进行了研究,分析了正常使用状态下(包括竖向荷载、剪切变形以及允许转角共同作用)、局部脱空状态下、剪切变形作用下以及老化开裂作用下等不同条件下橡胶支座的力学性能变化,以及脱空、老化等各项病害引起的力学行为变化对橡胶支座力学性能的影响程度,从而可以为圆板式橡胶支座中相关构件的设计以及材料的选取提供相关力学理论依据。 As the main component of connecting the upper and lower structure of a bridge,the circular plate rubber bearing plays a very important role.However,it is easily damaged in use,thus affecting the structural safety.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the mechanical failure mechanism of the circular plate rubber bearing.In this paper,the Midas FEA finite element software was used to establish the mechanical calculation model of circular plate rubber bearing,study the mechanical failure mechanism of the rubber bearing,and analyze changes in the mechanical properties of the rubber bearing under different conditions,i.e.normal conditions(including the combined action of vertical load,shear deformation and allowable corner),partial voiding,shear deformation,season cracking,etc.,as well as the degree of influence of changes in mechanical behaviors caused by various diseases such as voiding and aging on the mechanical properties of the rubber bearing.It can provide a mechanics theory basis for the design of relevant components and the selection of materials for the circular plate rubber bearing.
