温湿度独立控制空调系统在高湿厂房中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 工业建筑空调系统因不同的工艺需求而呈现出较为灵活与多变的设计可能性,不同的方案可能导致初投资、室内环境营造表现、空调能耗和占地面积的不同。通过对天津市某高湿度厂房组合式空调系统与基于雾化喷嘴的温湿度独立控制空调系统两种方案进行详细分析比较,发现温湿度独立控制系统在保证最终室内环境与空气品质的前提下,降低空调负荷需求51.5%,初投资减少47%,室内外散热条件一致前提下节能38%,在不占用厂房内部空间的情况下节约用地面积47%。 For different technical requirements,the air-conditioning system for industrial buildings presents potentials of flexible and feasible designs.Different plans may lead to different initial investment,indoor environment performances,energy consumptions and floor spaces.Through a detailed analysis and comparison of the combined air conditioning system and the atomizing nozzle-based air conditioning system independently controlling temperature and humidity applied in a high-humidity factory in Tianjin,it was found that the air conditioning system independently controlling temperature and humidity reduced the air conditioning load demand by 51.5%,the initial investment by 47%,the energy saving by 38%with the consistent heat emission condition outdoor and indoor,and floor space by 47%without occupying the internal factory space,on the premise of ensuring the final indoor environment and air quality.
