摘要
理解阅读疗法在应急服务中的社会功能与实践特点,探究阅读疗法应急服务的有效路径,对社会心理康复和社会信心建设都有十分重要的意义。以新型冠状肺炎疫情防控中“方舱医院读书人”等“图书馆式”的抗“疫”为例进行实证研究,从“嵌入性”和“弥散性”两个方面探究阅读疗法的应急模式及其功能发挥的限制,进而提出阅读疗法应急服务的社会功能得以实现的解决方案。阅读疗法应急服务应以社会情绪康复和社会信心建设为导向,从完善应急服务制度、建立应急服务信息库、加强阅读疗法宣传教育、扩宽社会参与平台和加强服务工作条件保障等五个方面出发,从而有效发挥其社会治愈功能。
The paper discusses the social functions and practical characteristics of the bibliotherapy in emergency service and explores effective approaches of the service,thus reveals the significance of bibliotherapy to ensure the social healing function in emergencies.It conducts empirical research based on case study of“The Reader in Fang Cang”as an approach of library to fighting the epidemic by exploring the patterns of reading therapy in dealing with emergencies from two aspects which are embedded and diffused.The research concludes that bibliotherapy should be guided by social emotional recovery and social confidence construction in emergencies,and its social healing function can be effectively exerted from five aspects:improving emergency service system,establishing emergency service database,strengthening the publicity and education of reading therapy,broadening the platform of social participation and strengthening the guarantee of service working conditions.
