摘要
一台型号为WQFSN-330-2的发电机自投运以来就存在发电机转子带高负荷后振动超标问题,虽经多次返制造厂进行检查处理,仍然没有解决该振动问题,振动始终维持在高位运行。通过多次进行相关试验,最终确定故障原因为发电机线圈膨胀不畅产生非对称轴向力导致发电机转子热弯曲,经过现场动平衡配重将机组振动控制在合格范围内,保证了机组的安全运行。
There is a WQFSN-330-2 type generator,whose vibration has seriously exceeded the standard of vibration since the generator rotor was set up in this plant.Although it has been returned to the factory for inspection and treatment for many times,the vibration problem has not been solved.Through several related tests,it was finally determined that the fault was caused by thermal bending caused by unsmooth expansion of the generator coil,and the vibration of the unit was controlled within the qualified range through dynamic balancing on site,thus ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
