摘要 为了解决有机硅生产过程中产生的废气污染问题,间接提高有机硅产能,对有机硅生产过程中产生的废气进行环保治理及资源化利用。本文通过采用高温焚烧+余热回收+HCl气体吸收+碱洗+湿电除尘的工艺,对有机硅废气实现环保排放和资源化利用的目的。结果表明,可以在环保保证达标排放的同时副产饱和蒸汽、二氧化硅粉末和20%~32%浓度的盐酸。本文通过对有机硅生产过程中产生废气的研究,提出一种高温焚烧有机硅废气的同时,可以副产饱和蒸汽、回收二氧化硅粉末和20%~32%浓度的盐酸,实现废物无害化、减量化、资源化及能源化的环保新技术、新工艺,间接提高有机硅行业的产能,实现高污染高能耗型企业的可持续绿色经济良性发展。 In order to solve the problem of waste gas pollution in the production process of organosilicone,the production capacity of organosilicone can be indirectly improved,and the waste gas generated in the production process of organosilicone can be treated in environmental protection and utilized as resources.In this paper,the process of incineration,waste heat recovery,HCl gas absorption,alkaline washing and wet electric dust removal is adopted to realize the resource utilization of organic silicon waste gas.The results show that the saturated steam,silica powder and 20%~32%hydrochloric acid can be produced by the by-product while the standard discharge is guaranteed.Based on the research of new technology,this paper puts forward a technology that can realize the production of organic silicon waste gas by changing the terminal waste treatment,so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises and indirectly improve the production capacity of organic silicon industry.
