摘要
目的探索火神山医院护理管理模式。方法通过构建护理组织架构、建立同质化培训机制、统筹物资配备标准、深化护理质量内涵、注重精细化护理理念、搭建专科护理平台等方法,提高传染病护理管理质量。结果火神山医院护理管理模式能够充分调动护士主观能动性,深化优质护理服务内涵,无护理差错事故发生,护患满意率达100%,在制度、学术、实践、文化等方面均取得成果。结论现有的护理管理模式符合火神山医院的具体实践,其运行效果达到了护理管理的主要目标要求,该模式为今后传染病护理管理工作提供了参考依据。
Objective To explore the nursing management model of Huoshenshan Hospital.Methods By constructing organization structure of nursing,establishing a homogeneous training mechanism,coordinating the standard of material,deepening the connotation of nursing quality,paying attention to the concept of fine nursing,building a specialized nursing platform and other methods,the quality of infectious disease nursing management can be improved.Results The nursing management model of Huoshenshan Hospital can fully mobilize the subjective initiative of nurses,deepen the connotation of quality nursing services,no nursing errors occurred,nursing satisfaction rate reached 100%,and achievements had been made in institutional,academic,practical and cultural aspects.Conclusion The existing nursing management mode conforms to the specific practice of Huoshenshan Hospital and its operation effect meets the main goal of nursing management.This model provides a reference for the future management of infectious diseases nursing.
