摘要
对智慧医院的建设背景进行介绍,从智慧门诊服务、智慧掌上医疗、智慧医疗自助一体化服务三方面对智慧医院建设优化就诊服务流程进行了探讨。指出了当前智慧医院发展存在缺乏宏观政策指导、制度规范不完善、专家医生碎片化时间较多以及信息安全保护意识薄弱等问题,并提出完善政策环境和相关法律规范,提高全社会参与度以及提高医务人员线上诊疗服务能力等建议。
This paper introduced the background of the construction of smart hospital,and analyzed the practice of optimizing the medical service flow in the construction of smart hospital from the perspective of smart outpatient service,smart palm medical service and smart self-service integrated service.It was pointed out that the current smart hospital development had the problems of lack of macro policy guidance,imperfect system specification,much fragmentation time of expert doctors,weak information security protection consciousness.Suggestions were put forward to perfect the relevant legal norms,policy environment,improve the whole social participation,and improve the medical staff online medical service ability,etc.
