摘要 介绍了“一院多区”同质化服务的内涵及河南省洛阳正骨医院(河南省骨科医院)“一院多区”紧密型发展现状。指出面临管理难度大、运营成本高、评价体系不完善、院区文化整合难等难点。通过对各院区进行服务质量标准化,培训及内部评价统一化,服务模式统一化,薪酬设计公平化,人员流动合理化,设备配置统一化,管理模式协同化,文化建设同质化等,实现了医院同质化服务,促进了医院“一院多区”的稳步发展。 This paper introduced the connotation of homogeneous service of"one hospital with multiple districts"and the development status of"one hospital with multiple districts"in Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province.It was pointed out that the management was difficult,the operation cost was high,the evaluation system was not perfect,the cultural integration of the hospital was difficult.Through the standardization of service quality of the districts,the internal unification of training and evaluation,the unification of service mode,the fair compensation design,the rationalization of personnel flow,the unification of equipment disposition,the collaborative management mode,and the homogeneity cultural construction,it realized the hospital homogeneity service,promoted the steady development of"one hospital with multiple districts".
