摘要
物理实验室常用的一种激光光源是He-Ne激光器,测量其激光的光束模式显得非常必要和重要。本文主要是测量了He-Ne激光器束腰光斑输出特性,利用CCD测量了高斯光束的不同位置的光斑,拟合数据得到束腰大小,并研究了不同光环境对CCD测量的影响。束腰光斑测量实验为激光器特性研究和实验光源的处理提供了相关的参数,也对学生理解和掌握有关激光横模相关概念和基本理论具有一定参考价值。
He-Ne laser is a common laser source in Physics Laboratory.It is very necessary and important to measure its beam mode.In this paper,the output characteristics of the beam waist spot of He-Ne laser are measured.The spot of different position of Gaussian beam is detected by CCD.The beam waist size is obtained by fitting the data,and the influence of different light environment on CCD measurement is studied.The experiment of beam waist provides the relevant parameters for the study of laser characteristics and the treatment of experimental light source,and it also has certain reference value for students to understand the related concepts and basic theories of laser transverse mode.
