装配式耦合BIM重构工程造价专业实践教学体系探析 被引量:1

摘要 装配式建筑具有工期短、质量可靠、现场湿作业少、绿色节能及人员需求较少等特点;BIM具有可视化、数字化、模拟化、关联化及可优化等特点。装配式耦合BIM是建筑工业化和信息化的产物。目前,高校工程造价专业实践教学体系与装配式耦合BIM理念契合度较低,出现了人才培养供给侧与建筑市场需求侧之间的结构性矛盾,重构工程造价专业实践教学体系势在必行。首先基于装配式耦合BIM分析了当前工程造价专业实践教学体系存在的主要问题,然后基于装配式耦合BIM构建出由五大模块组成的工程造价专业实践教学体系,最后针对所构建的工程造价专业实践教学体系提出了对策与建议。 Assembly building has the characteristics of short construction period,reliable quality,less wet operation on site,energy-saving and fewer workers.BIM has the characteristics of visualization,digitalization,simulation,correlation and optimization.Assembly-couple BIM is the product of building industrialization and informatization.At present,practice teaching system for engineering cost majors does not agree well with the assembly-couple BIM.There is a structural contradiction between the supply side of talent training and the demand side of construction market.It is imperative to reconstruct practice teaching system for engineering cost majors.First,based on the assembly-couple BIM,the main problems in the current practice teaching system are analyzed.Then,a practice teaching system composed of five modules is formulated.Finally,measures and suggestions for the practice teaching system are put forward.
