摘要
近年来,国家不断加大对家庭经济困难学生的财政支持,资助金额增加,资助人数增多。随着高职院校招生体制的改革和招生规模的进一步扩大,学生综合素质有很大差异,许多学生对资助产生了一些不正确的想法,学校资助工作难度增加。如何在公平、公正和公开的情况下,给家庭经济困难学生提供经济资助的同时实现资助潜在的育人功能,就显得尤为重要。文章主要阐述了在资助工作过程中引入"三全育人"理念,针对资助工作出现的问题提出相应的解决办法,从而真正实现资助的育人功能。
In recent years, China has continuously increased financial support for students from families with financial difficulties, with the increasing amount of financial support and the number of subsidized students. With the reform of the enrollment system and the further expansion of the enrollment scale in higher vocational colleges, students’ comprehensive quality varies greatly. Many students have some incorrect ideas about subsidization, and the difficulty of school funding has increased. How to realize the potential educational function of students with financial difficulties while providing subsidization to them in a fair, just and open situation is particularly important. This paper mainly elaborates on the introduction of the concept of "three-all education" in the process of funding work, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems arising in the current funding work, so as to truly realize the function of funding education.
