摘要
在工程机械齿轮加工中的高效切削技术,需要涉及到许多复杂且繁多的工艺流程,其中大致包括镀层工艺以及高速主轴单元等不同的技术单元,因此该项技术在使用的过程中需要涉及到的工艺较为复杂。作为一项比较复杂的工艺,将这项技术引入到机械制造领域过程当中,会对提高工程机械制造的效率有着很大的影响,可以进一步实现在加工过程中的降低消耗以及节约能源等情况。基于这种情况,文章首先探讨了高效切削在工程机械齿轮加工设备中的应用,进而探讨了高效切削在工程齿轮加工刀具中的应用,以此同行业内技术人员进行交流。
The high-efficiency cutting technology in the processing of construction machinery gears needs to involve many complex and numerous process flows,which generally include coating technology and high-speed spindle units and other different technical units,so the process that needs to be involved in the the of use of this technology is more complicated.If introduce into the process of machinery manufacturing,this relatively complicated process will have a great influence upon the enhancement of the efficiency of construction machinery manufacturing,and can further reduce consumption and save energy during processing.Based on this situation,this paper first discusses the application of high-efficiency cutting in engineering machinery gear processing equipment,and then discusses the application of high-efficiency cutting in engineering gear processing tools,so as to provide reference for relevant people.
