信息技术在水文勘测中应用的问题及对策

在计算机技术和网络信息技术快速发展的新形势下,信息技术的应用和支持对我国水文勘测事业也产生了重要影响。作为我国水利工程项目建设过程中的一项重要内容,水文勘测工作对于采集水文资料以及水文调查和监测工作中所起到的作用是十分关键的,而为了更好的保证水文勘测数据的准确性和完整性,并且提升水文勘测工作的精准度和整体效率,那么就必须更加强化水文勘测的信息化建设工作,针对水文勘测工作中应用信息技术过程中的常见问题,制定出更具针对性的改进措施。文章便从水文勘测工作中应用信息技术的必要性、水文勘测工作中遥感技术的应用、水文勘测工作中GPRS技术的应用、水文勘测信息化中的常见问题和水文勘测工作中应用好信息技术的有效对策五方面详细的讨论了如何在水文勘测工作中科学合理的应用好信息技术。

Under the new situation of the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology,the application and support of information technology has also had an important impact on the cause of hydrological survey in China.As an important part of the construction of water conservancy projects in China,hydrological survey plays a key role in the collection of hydrological data and hydrological investigation and monitoring.In order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of hydrological survey data,and improve the accuracy and overall efficiency of hydrological survey,it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of hydrological survey.In view of the common problems in the application of information technology in hydrological survey,more targeted improvement measures are worked out.This paper discusses in detail how to apply information technology scientifically and reasonably in hydrological survey from five aspects:the necessity of the application of information technology in hydrological survey,the application of remote sensing technology in hydrological survey,the application of GPRS technology in hydrological survey,the common problems in hydrological survey informatization,and the effective countermeasures for the application of information technology in hydrological survey.
