This paper expounds the execution basis of bridge detection and state assessment,analyzes the main contents of bridge detection and state assessment,namely,bridge bearing capacity,durability,adaptability and material detection and evaluation,and puts forward common bridge detection and state evaluation methods,including apparent detection method,local detection method,static detection method and dynamic detection method.Finally,the bridge is discussed the implementation process of beam detection and state assessment is expected to help improve the quality of inspection and evaluation.
