厦门某瓦楞纸制造企业能源审计与节能效益分析

厦门市针对重点用能单位采取能源审计,要求从企业基本情况、企业能源管理运行状况分析、企业能源统计数据审核、企业能耗指标计算和分析、企业节能潜力分析和建议等方面开展能源审计工作。文章以某瓦楞纸制造企业的能源审计为例,通过文件审核和现场调查,分析了该厂的能源利用水平,给出节能改造意见和投资回收期。研究成果提高企业用能水平,降低生产成本。

Considering the energy audit adopted by key energy-using units,Xiamen Cityproposes to carry out energy audit from the basic situation of enterprises,the analysis of the operation status of enterprise energy management,the audit of enterprise energy statistics,the calculation and analysis of enterprise energy consumption indicators,and the analysis and suggestions of enterprise energy saving potential.Taking the energy audit of a corrugated paper manufacturing enterprise as an example,through document review and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the energy utilization level of the plant,and gives the opinions on energy-saving transformation and the payback period of investment.The research results can improve the energy consumption level of enterprises and reduce the production cost.
