The Role of Patent in the Innovation and Development of China's Communication Industry from the Perspective of Patent Development in the Field of Mobile Communication

近四十年移动通信行业经历了由1G到5G的快速发展,中国的移动通信产业凭借多年技术创新与积累,在专利战略方面的厚积薄发,实现了由量变到质变的转换,在专利数量与质量、国际竞争力等方面都逐步迈进世界一流水平。本文结合我国移动通信企业在1G到5G的技术革新中的专利申请量、核心专利量、标准必要专利量等多个维度分析,综合评价专利对我国通信业创新发展的推动作用。

In the past 40 years,the mobile communication industry has experienced a rapid development from 1G to 5G,With years of technological innovation and accumulation,China's mobile communication industry has achieved the transformation from quantitative change to qualitative change,and has gradually stepped into the world-class level in terms of patent count,quality and international competitiveness.Based on the analysis of patent applications,core patents and standard essential patents of 1G to 5G technological innovation of China's mobile communication enterprises,this paper comprehensively evaluates the role of promoting the innovation and development of China's communication industry.
