Evaluation of High-Value Patents from the Perspective of Patent Technology Development Route

本文以专利技术发展路线为视角,采用六步法评价专利是否为高价值专利。六步法步骤包括:(1)提取关键技术特征;(2)检索;(3)检索结果分析;(4)技术价值评价;(5)法律状态评价;(6)结论。通过两个实际案例验证上述六步法用于评价高价值专利是否可靠,最后验证的结果是以专利技术发展路线为视角评价高价值专利具有一定的参考价值。对于中小微企业及个人,需要对评价专利/发明构思进行初步评价时,可以采用本文的评价方法。

From the perspective of the development route of patent technology,this article uses a sixstep method to evaluate whether a patent is a high-value patent.The steps of the six-step method include:(1)extraction of key technical features for evaluating patents;(2)patent searching;(3)analysis of searching results;(4)evaluation of technical value;(5)evaluation of legal status;(6)conclusion.Through two practical cases,the above six-step method is used to evaluate whether the high-value patent is reliable.The final verification result has a certain reference value from the perspective of the development of the patent technology.For small,medium and micro enterprises and individuals who need a preliminary evaluation of the evaluation patent/invention concept,the evaluation method in this article can be used.
