浅谈提升机领域通用部件限定的权利要求的检索

Research on Search Strategies of Claims Described by General Parts in the Field of Lifting Machines

本文根据提升机械领域特点,分析了提升机械领域较易出现通用部件限定的权利要求的原因以及此类权利要求检索的难点,并对三类典型检索案例进行了介绍,梳理了各案例的检索过程。从技术方案的特点、检索数据库的选择、检索关键词的确定等方面对提升机领域通用部件限定的权利要求的检索策略进行分析,以期总结出值得借鉴的检索思路。

Based on the characteristics of lifting machines, this article analyzes the reasons of the general parts being used frequently in the field of lifting machines and the difficulty of searching for such claims, and introduces three types of typical search strategies and sorts out their respective search processes. In order to summarize referenceable search methods, search strategies of claims described by general parts in the field of lifting machines is analyzed from the aspects of technical characteristics, database selection, and keywords determination.
