突发公共卫生事件中辅导员思政教育的策略

Strategies of Ideological and Political Education for Counselors in Public Health Emergency Events

突发公共卫生事件容易引起社会公众恐慌。有效、有序、有力地应对各类突发公共卫生事件,减少事件带来的不良影响,特别是有效减少事件对人们心理所造成的影响与冲击,已成为各级政府和组织需要认真面对的重大课题。突发公共卫生事件中高校辅导员要落实立德树人根本任务,做好政策宣讲员、防控工作科普员、信息传递员、舆情工作引导员,着力开展思想价值引领,加强人文关怀、心理疏导与危机干预,全员、全过程、全方位提升突发公共事件的应对能力,提升思想政治教育的实效性。

Public health emergency events generally have the characteristics of suddenness,harmfulness and publicity,which are easy to cause public panic.Effectively,orderly and powerfully responding to various public health emergency events,and reducing the adverse effects of events,in particular,the impact of events on people′s psychology have become a major project that governments and organizations need to face seriously.In the event of public health emergency events,college counselors should implement the fundamental task of morality education,preach epidemic prevention and control policies,transmit epidemic prevention information,guide public opinion and students’ideological value,strengthen humanistic care,psychological counseling and crisis intervention,enhance the ability to respond to public emergency events by all employees,and then enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
