摘要
从行业角度对我国建筑业技术学习率进行测算,掌握建筑业技术学习过程的内在机理,有助于对行业的技术发展路径进行规划与政策调整。构建了建筑业双因素学习曲线模型,根据3个不定参数设计不同情景组合,从“干中学”和“研中学”2方面对建筑业的技术学习率进行综合测算,研究结果表明,我国建筑业“干中学”技术学习率为12.58%;“研中学”技术学习率为2.80%;知识的折旧率为20%,研发滞后期为3年,建筑业单位面积成本预计下降到550元左右趋于平缓。以上研究结果能够综合评价我国建筑业的技术学习状况,对于企业的技术改革和投资管理具有借鉴意义。
The technology learning rate in China’s construction industry from an industry perspective and mastering the inherent mechanism of the technology learning process in the construction industry will help plan and adjust the technology development path of the industry.This paper builds a two-factor learning curve model for the construction industry,designs different combinations of scenarios based on three uncertain parameters,and comprehensively measures the technology learning rate in the construction industry from two aspects:“learning by doing”and“learning by researching”.The research results show that the technical learning rate of the industry“learning by doing”is 12.58%;the technical learning rate of the“learning by researching”is 2.8%;the knowledge depreciation rate is 20%,the lag period of research and development is 3 years,and the expected minimum cost per unit area is 550 yuan.Through the above conclusions,we can reveal the technical learning situation of China’s construction industry,and provide a reference for enterprise technology reform and investment management.
