IL-6在根尖周炎中的表达及作用研究

Expression and role of IL-6 in periapical periodontitis

根尖周炎是一种继发于牙髓组织感染的炎症性疾病,临床表现为根尖周炎症反应和牙槽骨组织吸收等。白细胞介素-6(IL-6)是重要的促炎细胞因子,主要通过募集炎症细胞浸润、激活炎症细胞及炎性因子,在机体炎症免疫反应过程中发挥重要调节作用,同时也是骨质吸收的重要因素。研究发现,在根尖周炎进展中,IL-6的表达浓度显著升高,提示IL-6与根尖周炎关系密切。本文以IL-6的生物学性能以及其在根尖周炎的表达及作用做一综述。

Periapical periodontitis is an inflammatory disease secondary to dental pulp infection,which is characterized by periapical inflammatory reaction and alveolar bone resorption.Interleukin-6(IL-6),an important pro-inflammatory cytokine,plays an important role in the process of inflammatory immune response mainly through the recruitment of inflammatory cell infiltration and activation of inflammatory cells and inflammatory factors.It is also an important factor in bone resorption.It was found that the expression concentration of IL-6 increased significantly during the development of periapical periodontitis,suggesting that IL-6 is closely related to periapical periodontitis.This article reviews the biological properties of IL-6 and its expression and function in periapical periodontitis.
