一种板式热沉自动旋压开缝工作站的研制

摘要 目前,不锈钢板式热沉大量应用于深冷设备的环境模拟实验,传统热沉的冷媒进出管采用汇流排形式较多,这种工艺加工量较大,焊接难度也较大;而开缝汇总管形式虽然工艺简单,但热沉板的开缝加工却又费时费力。为解决此矛盾,特设计自动旋压开缝工作站。 Stainless steel plate heat sink is widely used in the environment simulation experiment of cryogenic equipment.The traditional heat sink adopts manifold form for refrigerant inlet and outlet pipe,which has large processing capacity and great difficulty in welding.Although the process of slotted manifold is simple,the slotting process of heat sink plate is time-consuming and laborious.In order to solve this contradiction,the automatic spinning slotting workstation is designed.
