摘要 针对电主轴的前轴承座精加工过程中出现的铸铁材料磨削质量异常和轴承室与轴承装配精度质量不稳定问题,从材料、砂轮、表面粗糙度、温度控制等方面进行研究分析和加工验证。针对深度较大的轴承座轴承位,在内径磨削过程中,砂轮易发生磨不动和跳动现象,磨削后内径产生烧伤,导致磨削后轴承室圆度、圆柱度超差问题,提出了可实施的改善方案。 In view of the two typical abnormalities that occur during the finishing process of the front bearing seat of the electric spindle,the abnormal grinding quality of cast iron materials and the unstable quality of the bearing chamber and bearing assembly accuracy,from the aspects of material,grinding wheel,surface roughness,temperature control,etc.Conduct research analysis and processing verification.Aiming at the bearing position of the bearing seat with a large depth,the grinding wheel is prone to grinding immobility and bounce during the inner diameter grinding process,and the inner diameter burns after the grinding,which causes the roundness and cylindricity of the bearing chamber to be out of tolerance after grinding.
