With the rise of modern intelligent logistics,the demand for intelligent handling and stacking equipment is increasing.The transformation of traditional manual forklift into intelligent AGV has become the main trend of modern times.How to transform the traditional manual forklift into intelligent and higher automatic handling and stacking equipment has become the main direction of contemporary research.This paper will discuss the mechanical transformation,hardware transformation,software control and other aspects of forklift the transformation scheme is analyzed.
