摘要
主动磁悬浮导轨系统是运用电磁力,使导轨工作台稳定悬浮的平面多点支承系统。主动磁悬浮导轨的滑箱与导板之间会形成相对运动,如果产生了此种问题,不会接触到表面,将会削弱运动所形成的阻力,并且产生导轨运动响应,让主动磁悬浮导轨具备更高的可靠度。基于此,主要分析过约束磁悬浮导轨的稳定性以及控制方法,予以相应的实践工作有价值的指导。
The active magnetic levitation guideway system is a plane multi-point support system which uses electromagnetic force to make the guideway table suspend stably.There will be relative motion between the slide box and the guide plate of active magnetic levitation guide.If this kind of problem occurs,it will not contact the surface,which will weaken the resistance formed by the movement,and produce the motion response of the guide rail,so that the active magnetic levitation guide has higher reliability.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the stability and control method of over constrained maglev guideway,and gives the corresponding practical work valuable guidance.
