套管外环空射流清洗工具外流场数值模拟研究

摘要 早期的油井废弃作业水泥封固段短,随着废弃时间的延长,发生泄漏的风险提高,急需采取相关措施进行重新封固。为提升水泥封固效果,水泥浆注入前需有效清理井筒环空内的沉砂与落物。为此,依据自主设计的套管外环空射流清洗工具相关参数,采用Fluent软件对射流清洗工具外流场进行了模拟研究,获取了特征区域内截面的流线图、速度云图,分析了喷嘴角度对套管外环空流场的扰动作用机理,最终得出了适用于套管外环空清洗的喷嘴布置方案。 The cement sealing section of early oil well abandonment operation is short,with the extension of waste time,the risk of leakage increases,so it is urgent to take relevant measures to re seal.In order to improve the cement sealing effect,it is necessary to effectively clean up the grit and falling objects in the wellbore annulus before cement slurry injection.Therefore,according to the relevant parameters of the self-designed casing outer annulus jet cleaning tool,fluent software is used to simulate the external flow field of the jet cleaning tool.The streamline diagram and velocity nephogram of the inner section of the characteristic area are obtained.The mechanism of the disturbance of the nozzle angle on the outer casing annular flow field is analyzed.Finally,the nozzle layout suitable for casing outer annulus cleaning is obtained Case.
